HOW WAS COFFEE CREATED?

Er Caffè is an Italian coffee producing company, based in Sicily , precisely in Marsala .

It was born thanks to the innovative and dynamic ideas of two young entrepreneurs, Antonio and Federico Errera , who decided to carry on their father's passion and project.

Er Caffè started its business many years ago and today is pleased to serve several countries around the world.

TYPES OF ARABICA

ARABICA BRAZIL

Santos, used in the blend, is a high quality product with a characteristic copper-green color and a flattened and elongated grain shape; gives the coffee a sweet and full-bodied taste.

ETHIOPIA ARABICA

The medium/large Ethiopian beans, oblong in shape and brown/greenish in colour, give the blend medium acidity and a good body with fruity nuances.

ARABICA COLOMBIA

The Colombia used in our blend is a fine Arabica with a uniform, large and flat grain: it has a flavor tending towards almond, a strong aroma and medium-high acidity.

ARABICA SALVADOR

Coffee of the highest prestige and quality, it offers a cream of good persistence and an intense scent of sage and lemon which is also perceived during roasting and tasting. Of medium-fine acidity, good body, pleasant and round, it has a marked sweetness.

ARABICA HONDURAS

Full-bodied and aromatic, it is a balanced mix of gourmet espresso blends, with notes of caramel.

TYPES OF ROBUSTA

ROBUST INDIA

Light brown in color and large in grain, it is very full-bodied, with a flat cup and a chocolatey flavor tending towards spicy.

ROBUST UGANDA

Excellent high mountain robusta, it gives the cup consistency and roundness as well as a spicy and slightly woody taste

ROBUST VIETNAM

Medium body, slightly fruity and spicy flavour.

ROBUSTA INDIA – KAAPI ROYALE

Extremely fine coffee, well selected and large in size with a unique personality with excellent body and density.

Our products use a mix of all the variations of robusta and arabica, with the right quantities in order to balance the taste of the "true Italian espresso" according to Er Caffè
